Top Tips on Leadership DevelopmentWhen you hear success stories and stories of leadership development, they have a few common factors: They started doing something, they failed way more than they expected, they continued learning, and finally gain some traction. This is a successful story – one where, whoever started the journey, can live comfortably for happy ever after. When you hear great success stories, they have a few extra steps. They gain some traction, they continue learning, they find a mentor, fail way more than expected, and before they know it, they’ve left the stratosphere. Their success sky rockets them way beyond their imagination. Both stories have a few common factors. These people, in creating success, have become leaders. They started. The hardest part of the journey can be the first step. Not only did they take the first step, they failed time and time again but continued moving forward. They didn’t stop when they were comfortable, they found a mentor and kept going until they achieved victory. Having a mentor will help develop your leadership abilities. In this weeks blog I share with the leaders how to learn from your mentor, and tips and tricks to help leaders develop. Thanks again for reading this week’s blog post. The word organic has always had a Cronenberg-esque quality in my mind. I imagine the intersection of machine and biology. And really, when talking about the internet, the word “organic” is apt. Psychology and biology influence every aspect of our lives including how we interact with content online. We’re not machines. And while largely, we follow specific patterns, it’s still hard to predict when a piece of content will go viral and when one might flop. A good example of this is the film John Carter. Everyone from the higher execs to the actors thought this film would be the next

“In a properly automated and educated world, then, machines may prove to be the true humanizing influence. It may be that machines will do the work that makes life possible and that human beings will do all the other things that make life pleasant and worthwhile ” -Issac Asimov I’m obsessed with the idea of AI world domination. And not because I’m afraid our machines will decide to subjugate us, but because our machines will free up so much of our time. But this all depends on how we decide to proceed. I am an optimist even though I often

As an above-the-board white hat SEO, you don’t get to polish your badge every morning. You don’t get nickel-plated six-shooters. And you don’t get a pair of spurs. But you can rest assured that all is well in the land of Google for your website. You won’t have any drops in ranking you intentionally created. And you’ll be able to sleep well at night knowing that if anything happens, it’s all Google’s fault. But what does it mean to be a white hat SEO? How do you ensure your efforts are in line with Google’s policies? Below you’ll find a

Most entrepreneurs focus on their product or service. They don’t know how to scale, when to scale, or anything about marketing. When a new business first starts, solopreneurs quickly get an accountant and an attorney, which is smart. But there is a lot more to it than creating a product, a business plan, and getting funding. It doesn’t stop there, even though most of the content on the web usually ends at that point. They tell you has to get the business started as far as getting money and making yourself look good for investors. But what’s after that? When do
via ShoeMoney https://ift.tt/2O19WuU How to Establish Credibility in Network MarketingI’m in my buddy Sashin’s house, and he has become a master in gaining credibility in network marketing as a young entrepreneur. It’s truly inspiring to see young competition entering the market and managing to do so well. He’s worked day and night, traveling the globe and absolutely dominating the market. At 24 years old, he’s ready to retire. At least able to anyway. There are so many lessons to learn from young success, but I want to focus on learning about establishing credibility. Credibility does not come with age, it comes with experience. While you are gaining experience as you become an adult and gain more responsibilities, that doesn’t mean you are a credible expert, an authority in anything other than growing up. I’ve met people who spend their older years downplaying younger generations, brushing them off because they don’t have the necessary skills to meet their standards. The neigh-sayers will never give new people the chance to prove themselves. They’re dead wrong. These are the people that you are fighting when you start a business or an organization. The people who doubt you because they don’t know how great you are, or don’t see the same opportunities. They don’t understand the massive potential waiting to be unleashed, and let me tell you, it feels so good to prove them wrong. In proving them wrong, you gain credibility. In this week’s blog, I’m going to share mine and Sashins story, and give you the truth to overcoming the neigh-sayers, proving them dead wrong, and establishing credibility. Thanks again for reading this week’s blog post. Matt Morris The post How to Establish Credibility in Network Marketing appeared first on Matt Morris. via Matt Morris https://ift.tt/2Owl0Qk
If you’re on the hunt for a digital marketing agency, you may have come across some firms that have specializations. Agencies come in a variety of sizes. Some of them are even run by a single person who outsources the majority of the work that isn’t in their individual field of expertise. This is common for both content creation as well as link building, while the agency itself works on creating reports and analyzing data. But isn’t all SEO the same? Yes! And No! What? Keep reading. I’ll explain. Expertise There are a few reasons why certain agencies specialize in
